THE IDEA.

Turn yesterday’s cardboard into today’s busiest little restaurant. Leave a little space for the unexpected. The best part might be the bit you never planned.

YOU’LL NEED.

  • A clean cardboard circle
  • Coloured paper and child-safe scissors
  • Glue stick
  • Scrap paper for the orders

LET THEM…

  1. Make a pizza base and a few paper toppings together.
  2. Let them make the menu, set a price and name their restaurant.
  3. Become their first customer. Then leave the next order to their imagination.

WHY KIDS LOVE IT.

Making has a purpose when a pretend world is waiting on the other side. Their choices become the story.

Choose age-appropriate materials, supervise play and keep small parts away from children under three.
